Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a holistic business development strategy for Fintech/Data Digitalization & Governance solutions in the banking & financial sectors
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, identify customer needs, and offer tailored solutions through research and networking
  • Pursue new business opportunities, manage the pipeline process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring smooth progression of opportunities
  • Deepen understanding of the company's services to spot cross-selling opportunities and boost revenue
  • Lead the business development team and collaborate with various departments to align business strategies
  • Provide data analytics insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements impacting business strategies

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the tech industry with knowledge of banking and finance
  • Familiarity with Fintech/Data Digitalization & Governance solutions is a plus
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong business acumen, ability to identify strategic partnerships, and excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a solid grasp of market dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
