Our Daughter is a happy 42 year old disabled women who requires 24-hour care, whilst living in her own specially adapted area within the family home.

We are looking for a support worker who is kind, patient and caring to join our team. Experience working with adults with learning difficulties is preferable but not essential.

She also enjoys getting out and about for fresh air and exercise, loves listening to music and especially enjoys her chocolate buttons.

The post requires the applicant to undertake all aspects of personal care.

*Toileting and personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, skin care and therapy sessions

  • Food preparation, feeding and hydration, administering medication as instructed.
  • Accompanying client to appointments, leisure activities and family events.
  • General domestic duties such as shopping for client requirements, laundry and light housework within the clients living area.
*Any other duties reasonably asked by the employer.

This is a permanent contract with an immediate start and full training will be provided, including the opportunity to achieve a recognised care and support qualification
