Induction Training
As a Care Assistant with Be Caring, you will receive comprehensive induction training on:
- Our values and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
- Dignity and respect, safeguarding, and equality and diversity.
- Confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Fluids and nutrition, safe administration of medication, and infection prevention and control.
- Moving and positioning, basic life support, and pressure sores.
- Learning Disabilities, mental health, and capacity.

Working Hours and Shift Patterns
We offer a range of shift patterns, including early starts, late evenings, and weekend work. As a Care Assistant with Be Caring, you will work a 2-week rota, which may include:
- Alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday.
- Evenings, as agreed within your working hours.
Pay and Benefits
We offer competitive pay rates, with mileage reimbursement for drivers. Our benefits package includes:
- Shift pay, rather than pay per call.
- Mileage reimbursement, 45p per mile for drivers.
- Part-time and full-time hours available.
- Bonus schemes, including up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, and £300 annual bonus.
- £25 birthday gift voucher.
