Sewell Wallis are looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a well-established company in Wetherby.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Monthly analysis of customer deductions and query level reporting
  • Preparing monthly full site reconciliation for the application process
  • Maintaining Invoicing and Application routines for accurate billing
  • Posting daily cash receipts promptly and accurately
  • Payment posting and allocations on proforma accounts
  • Handling customer queries and following up to resolution stage
  • Updating and maintaining customer account data
  • Uploading billing data onto customer portals


You should:
  • Have at least 2 years of transactional support experience
  • Be experienced in MS Office Excel including pivot tables, sum if, and lookups
  • Possess strong Excel skills
