Position Overview:

We're on the lookout for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join the Superduper Group and lead our marketing efforts, boost brand visibility, and expand our market presence. This role offers you the chance to establish a team, set up top-notch processes, and collaborate on a diverse portfolio of brands and projects at varying stages. You'll partner closely with the company founders to craft growth strategies, roadmaps, and the marketing direction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop a robust marketing strategy aligned with our goals in the Web3 sector, focusing on innovation, user acquisition, and brand loyalty. Enhance our unique selling propositions and brand voice to stand out in a competitive market.
  • Market Analysis and Insight: Conduct thorough research to grasp emerging trends in Web3, blockchain tech, and gaming/IP domains. Utilize findings to drive marketing strategies and product enhancements, keeping us at the forefront of innovation.
  • Brand Development and Positioning: Amplify our brand's presence in the Web3 arena through strategic storytelling, content marketing, and community engagement. Establish us as a thought leader in Web3, leveraging social media, influencers, and PR.
  • Community Building and Engagement: Lead community-centric marketing initiatives, recognizing the value of an engaged community in the Web3 realm. Implement programs to boost loyalty, foster user-generated content, and facilitate meaningful interactions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams for a cohesive brand experience. Influence product strategy based on market insights and customer feedback to meet evolving market demands.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team for agile execution. Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and accountability to drive results.
  • Performance Marketing and Analytics: Use data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness across channels. Optimize strategies based on ROI and KPIs, adjusting tactics in real-time for maximum growth.
  • Innovative Campaigns and GTM Strategies: Design impactful campaigns for the Web3 audience, utilizing cutting-edge technologies. Develop GTM strategies for new offerings to ensure successful launches.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with partners, media, and influencers to amplify brand reach. Represent the company at events to enhance brand presence and network.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in Gaming and/or IP Development: Strong background in marketing within the gaming industry or related fields. Ability to connect with gaming communities and understand their preferences.
  • Experience in Web3 and Blockchain: Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Agile and Adaptive Leadership: Ability to lead marketing in a fast-evolving environment and pivot strategies effectively.
  • Community-Centric Approach: Experience in building online communities, particularly in Web3 or gaming spaces.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data. Strategic mindset for data-driven decisions with a human touch.
