Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Marketing Officer. The Chief Marketing Officer will be highly resourceful and strategic marketing mastermind. You'll orchestrate a comprehensive digital marketing blitz to propel Trigma.AI's brand awareness, generate a robust lead pipeline, and achieve ambitious user acquisition targets. Navigate public relations, marketing management, and sales. The role is based in the London, UK or Dubai,UAE area with flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute a sophisticated, data-driven digital marketing strategy meticulously aligned with Trigma.AI's brand narrative and overall business goals. This strategy will encompass lead generation, user acquisition, and brand awareness objectives.
  • Oversee Trigma.AI's digital ecosystem across a multitude of channels, including our website, social media platforms (with a particular focus on LinkedIn), and spearhead compelling content marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our video quality content producers to curate high-impact video content that effectively showcases Trigma.AI's products and services, particularly targeted towards the Pharma industry.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, meticulously nurture leads, and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover emerging opportunities, anticipate industry trends, and ensure Trigma.AI remains at the forefront of the AI-powered Pharma marketing landscape.
  • Utilise a data-centric approach to meticulously analyse marketing data and performance metrics to quantify success and identify areas primed for optimisation. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the marketing team.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to generate a robust flow of qualified leads and provide unwavering support throughout the sales funnel.
  • Cultivate a growth mindset, staying abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously refine Trigma.AI's marketing strategy.
  • Champion the website revamp and tracking setup, incorporating impactful testimonials and strategic LinkedIn updates to bolster brand reputation and social proof.
  • You will have the autonomy to experiment with innovative marketing tactics and growth hacking strategies to unlock exponential growth for Trigma.AI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a demonstrably relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in B2B marketing within the Pharma/Healthcare industry (or a demonstrably relevant sector).
  • In-depth understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing (particularly LinkedIn marketing for B2B), content marketing, marketing automation, and a strong foundation in marketing analytics.
  • Prior experience in creating and leveraging video content for marketing purposes, or the ability to effectively collaborate with video producers to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for translating data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • A data-obsessive mindset, with the ability to design and execute A/B testing frameworks to optimise marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in the technology or AI industry
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy and deliver impactful presentations.
  • A self-starter with the autonomy to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A relentless drive for innovation and a thirst to learn and master new marketing technologies, particularly those at the intersection of AI and marketing.
  • Experience with marketing attribution modelling is a bonus.
  • Understanding of the Pharma/Healthcare regulatory environment is a bonus.
