Job Role

Joining Dorina as the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll spearhead the development of global strategic plans for marketing and e-commerce initiatives. Your responsibilities will include enhancing the global product portfolio, seeking opportunities for revenue growth, aligning e-commerce with wholesale customer management, and more. Your tasks will involve:

  • * Ensuring marketing efforts align with business goals and plans
  • * Developing a cohesive brand identity reflecting customer preferences
  • * Leading a diverse team and overseeing marketing materials and events
  • * Evaluating campaign effectiveness and exploring new technologies
  • * Managing brand sites, social media, and e-commerce platforms
  • * Collaborating with internal teams and visiting the Asian Head Office in Hong Kong
Requirements

The ideal candidate should be an experienced Marketing Director or Chief Marketing Officer in the fashion industry, having expertise in online and offline marketing, brand management, and e-commerce. Key skills include strategic thinking, communication, relationship building, and team management. Fluency in English and European languages, especially German, is preferred. Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus.
