We are currently looking for a
Front Office Supervisor, at The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton.

You will part of the Front of House team and will assist in delivering high standards of services to all hotel guests.

This position would suit someone who has a passion to work in a fast-paced busy environment, who is also self-motivated and enjoys working in a team.

The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton is situated in the vibrant heart of Westminster overlooking the River Thames and within easy reach of the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, Tate Britain, London's Theatre District and the Square Mile, our hotel helps you make the most of your time in Britain's capital

As a
Front Office Supervisor, will oversee the operations to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.

You will join a large team in the Front Office Department as a key member of the hotel team.

You will be able to deliver high standards of services to all hotel guests and drive profit from the business focusing on quality.

This position would suit someone who has a passion to work, is self-motivated and enjoys working with people.

You are a flexible hands-on person who can work well within a team with fantastic inter-personal skills.

You are motivated and excited to come to work every day with an ability to meet targets and work with your colleagues ensuring the success of the operation.

The
Front Office Supervisor is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Oversee the entire Front Office operation in absence of Management
  • Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use upselling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  • Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments
  • Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Train and develop the Front Office team
  • Team Player
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills

What are we looking for?

  • Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel sector
  • High level of IT proficiency
  • Experience of managing people and developing people
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Experience with the OnQ system (Desirable)
