What you will be doing:


As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be working with and leading our Front Office team to create and deliver an exceptional welcome experience for our guests.


You will act as a role model for our Front Office team, leading from the front and taking control for the day-to-day smooth running of our operations.

You will have superb knowledge of all hotel services, facilities, and room categories and will ensure all our guests receive a personalised and tailored experience.


You will be training and monitoring the performance of our Receptionists, helping the Front Office Manager with identifying individual and team development needs.

Up to £26,000.00 per year
