POSITION PURPOSE :


nThe Partner Solutions & Contracting (PS&C) Lead at AXA GBS is a highly strategic and influential role responsible for outlining and executing the growth strategy of the organization.

The PS&C Lead is responsible for taking ownership of the sales strategy, which includes identifying growth hotspots for entities, building a CoE pipeline, and proactively shaping future opportunities.

They possess exceptional thought partnership skills and closely collaborate with Partner entities to gain a deep understanding of their business needs, potential innovative/new solutions, and growth strategy.

Additionally, the PS&C Lead brings the latest market thinking on use cases in the industry to support the entities in their respective strategic priorities.

The role holder has a proven record of success in sales and account growth, insurance and financial product and operations expertise, and experience with emerging technologies, such as data and tech-backed GBS solutions.

The PS&C Lead builds relationships with key CXO stakeholders in the entities and develops a deep understanding of functional operations, local market context, language, and stakeholder landscape in the context of the entities.

However, what truly sets the PS&C Lead apart is their alignment with AXA's behavioural competencies.

They not only address but anticipate evolving customer needs, while driving initiatives to challenge legacy processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsible for solving complex and unprecedented challenges, they use out-of-the-box thinking and experimentation to bring benefits to the team.

The PS&C Lead has a proven track record of taking responsibility for achieving outcomes, driving collective accountability through appropriate actions, and ensuring the department remains steadfast in its commitments.

It is essential for the individual in this role to have a strong command of business English, as effective communication is fundamental to collaborating with partner entities and conveying an inspiring vision for the future.

Additionally, proficiency in business English is crucial for understanding and addressing evolving customer needs, as well as building strategic partnerships and relationships across functional teams.

Proficiency in any other additional languages would be highly advantageous.

This language proficiency is integral to fulfilling the responsibilities and demonstrating the behavioral competencies expected of the PS&C Lead at AXA GBS.


In addition, the PS&C Lead effectively communicates an inspiring vision of the future and builds strategic partnerships and relationships across functional teams to achieve the goals of the larger organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES :


nThe PS&C Lead will have a range of crucial roles and responsibilities that include:nOwn the sales strategy, create the growth strategy, and identify the growth hotspots for entities.nBuild the CoE pipeline and proactively shape future opportunities.nClosely collaborate with entities to deeply understand their business needs, potential innovative/new solutions, and growth strategy.nBring the latest market thinking on use cases in the industry to support the entities in their respective strategic priorities.nBuild relationships with key CXO stakeholders in the entities, such as COO, CIO, etc.nStreamline the contracting process and own the end-to-end customer contracting.nDevelop a deep understanding of functional operations, local market context, language, and stakeholder landscape in the context of the entities.

QUALIFICATIONS &

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :


nA bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.nAt least 8-10 years of experience in sales and account growth, with a strong track record of insurance and financial product and operations expertise.nFamiliarity with emerging technologies, such as data and tech-backed GBS solutions.nExperience in cross-border commercial activities, demonstrating an understanding of global business dynamics and regulatory considerations.nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset and highly skilled in relationship management.nKnowledge of driving B2B contracts and partnerships.nExcellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and guide others.nHigh level of technical expertise, with a strong knowledge of processes, procedures, principles, and concepts.nHigh level of business expertise, with a strong knowledge of the organization, competition, and industry.nStrong problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze complexity, transformation, and innovation.nHigh level of autonomy and accountability, with the ability to take ownership for outcomes.nDemonstrated ability to have a high impact, with a clear understanding of the nature and scope of impact.nExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships both within and outside the organization.nFluency in business English for effective communication in the UK&I context.
