WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
This role is all about customer service.

It's about being able to understand your customers and stakeholders, having the emotional intelligence to put yourself in their shoes and give them unrivalled support through property transactions.


You'll need to be professional, adaptable, and comfortable communicating both in written and verbal format with various stakeholders but most of all, you need to be approachable and someone people feel comfortable with, someone they can trust.

REQUIREMENTS

And now for the nitty gritty:

It goes without saying that the biggest element of this role is communication, and you'll need to be able to communicate with the best of them You'll be a great listener and confident problem solver.

Ideally you'll have worked in a sales capacity and have an interest in the property industry.

If you have worked in an estate agency, this would be a huge bonus but is by no means essential.


Finally, you'll have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages and be able to work out of our Colchester office.
