Job Summary:

Bastow Irwin Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Negotiator/Listing Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Negotiator/Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for gaining valuations and instructions, marketing properties, and negotiating sales agreements with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gaining Valuations and Instructions: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate valuations and instructions with clients, and ensure timely completion of sales agreements.
  • Marketing Properties: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties, including portal uploads, production of particulars, and floor plans.
  • Negotiating Sales Agreements: Work closely with clients to negotiate sales agreements, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
  • Client Care: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 18 months of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Marketing Skills: Excellent marketing skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Car Ownership: Must have own car, with a valid driver's license.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Basic salary £21,000 to £23,000, with an OTE of £40,000pa.
  • Car Allowance: Plus car allowance.
