Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister Job Description

Bastow Irwin Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for negotiating and listing properties to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain valuations and instructions from clients
  • Market properties through portal uploads and production of particulars, floor plans, and other marketing materials
  • Agree principle terms of business with clients and confirm
  • Ensure compliance with Money Laundering regulations
  • Communicate sales information to potential purchasers through phone, text, and email
  • Follow up on viewings and provide feedback to clients promptly
  • Provide ongoing client care through personal home visits and regular communication
  • Accompany viewings and report feedback to clients
  • Take and promote offers
  • Achieve a good conversion rate and maintain excellent average fee
  • Refer clients to Mortgage and Conveyancing partners
  • Ensure sales files are complete with all necessary information for smooth sales progress
  • Monitor progress of instructions to meet monthly targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 18 months experience
  • Well-presented and excellent customer service skills
  • Driven and highly motivated to succeed
  • Conversant in estate agency practice
  • Excellent marketing skills
  • Own car
Working Hours and Salary:

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, finishing at 5pm on Fridays. Saturdays 9am to 4pm with a day off in the week. Salary range £21,000 to £23,000 with an OTE of £40,000pa plus car allowance.
