Job Description:


Working within the IFS Digital Marketing Team, the role of the Marketo Specialist is to optimi enable users all over the company to get the best results out of their Digital Marketing efforts and to enable the global execution of digital campaigns.


Your primary focus will be in enabling users and delivering campaigns within Marketo and you will play an important part in defining the marketing automation strategy and delivering ROI for your stakeholders.


  • Enable our regional marketing teams to maximise their usage of Marketo through training and support.
  • Work with other stakeholders to create a demand generation engine aligning our lead and account based marketing strategies with our BDR team.
  • Create always on Engagement programs to deliver best practice nurturing.
  • Provide 1st line support to our Marketing department in Marketo and related software platforms.
  • Work with other stakeholders to shape our Marketo instance into an efficient marketing automation system.
  • Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments; participating with and providing resources to business improvement teams.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Minimum of 3 years' handson Marketing Automation experience with Marketo Engage.
  • Deep interest in the latest developments, industry trends, and best practices for digital marketing, analytics and marketing technology platforms and tools.
  • Experience as a community manager of user or similar role

Desirable:

  • Experience in AB testing.
  • Experience in working in a matrixed environment.
  • Is able to deal with multiple stakeholders and requirements.
