We are looking for a
responsible
Kitchen Porter to join our team to ensure the kitchen and back of house areas remain clean, hygienic and safe at all times.


Your responsibilities:

  • Following Health and Safety regulations at all times
  • Ensuring the kitchen and back of house areas remain clean and hygienic at all times
  • Using the dishwasher to clean all cutlery, crockery & cooking apparatus
  • Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping salads, preparing breads/sauces)
  • Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • General cleaning tasks around the building

What you'll need:

  • Minimum oneyear experience as a kitchen porter or similar role
  • Weekend availability
  • Experience of completing tasks to a high standard
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Familiar with industry's best practices
  • The proven ability of being able to work under pressure
  • Motivated by being busy
  • Flexibility and Reliability
