Your new role

This amazing company are now looking for a Internal Communications and Events Manager to join the team on either a perm or temp basis to work across some exciting projects.

You will be working on...

  • Creating copy for Communication content and materials for campaigns, as well as wider company content
  • Assisting with managing the brands communications calendar and internal announcements
  • Working closely with the Social Media Team to ensure campaigns and messaging aligns on both an internal and external basis
  • Reviewing the current communications strategies and pushing innovative ideas on where there can be improvements
  • Organising and running meetings for Management Groups as well as company events, while collaborating with the creative team
  • Work with D&I leads to support their agenda, as well as pushing and revising employee engagement and experience

What you'll need to succeed

  • A passion and strong experience within communications, social media and copywriting across a broad range of channels
  • Enjoys collaborating across different teams and building relationships across a business
  • People orientated and commercially driven
  • Excellent story telling ability who can create an imaginative way to execution internal communication projects
  • Events management and production skills, as well as managing a budget
  • Can work adaptively and within a fastpaced environment
