Our client provides general facilities maintenance and construction project work to the commercial sector as well as facilities maintenance services to the Commercial and Domestic sectors based within the West Byfleet area.
The position
Day-to-day admin support for all the contracts spanning the South East of England. Support the contract management team with all administrative tasks detailed below.
Could this role be for you, are you competent with the below?
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and excel.
- Responsible for the collation and submission of HR documentation
- Responsible for submission and tracking of security clearance documentation
- Booking relevant training courses for staff and operatives
- Collation of training records
- Record keeping of H&S training records and requirements
- Logging and tracking of Operatives IT requests.
- Management of annual leave records
- Accurate recordkeeping of Sickness and Absence
- Maintain confidentiality of private and confidential information
- Provide copying/printing and scanning services
- Any other reasonable management request
- £26000 P/A
