Contract Administrator

Nexgen Group, a leading provider of Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Services to the Social Housing sector, is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join their team in West Byfleet. As a key member of the Operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth execution of programs of works schedules and ad hoc work requests.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for client service enquiries and work requests, including bulk waste collections, ad hoc work, and sub-contracted work.
- Manage inbound client communications, categorizing and logging enquiries using CRM software, and collaborate with Operations Managers and Supervisors to address client enquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure client satisfaction by handling service-related issues, including managing client complaints and escalating issues to Client Account management and Operations management.
- Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Administrative experience, with proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and software packages (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with digital enabled helpdesks, internal service desks, or call centers, as well as CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Field Service modules.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of computer literacy.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and a desire to learn and develop within the role and organization.
- Previous experience in demanding customer/client service roles, with knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
