The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Client Service Delivery: Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Program Coordination: Coordinating and managing the delivery of our programs and services, working closely with operations managers and supervisors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving any issues or complaints raised by clients, escalating complex matters to client account management and operations management as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring that our operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Administrative Experience: Strong administrative skills, with experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with CRM software and field service modules.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
