Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

Assist in recruitment processes.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Handle onboarding and orientation procedures for new hires.

Support employee relations and address basic HR-related inquiries.

Payroll Processing:

Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.

Verify timekeeping records and address any discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with relevant tax and labour laws.

Assist in the administration of benefits programs.

Managing Accounts:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording day-to-day transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

Generate and process invoices for goods or services provided by the business.

Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure consistency and identify any discrepancies.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide relevant financial information to management as needed

Support the preparation of financial documentation and assist auditors during external or internal audits

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and payroll documentation.

Generate reports as needed for management review.

Assist in audits related to HR and payroll processes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HR or payroll administration is must.

Knowledge of HR and payroll software/systems.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Education:

A degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
