What will you do?
- You will support all the individuals to help identify their personal goals and aspirations. Promote wellbeing through developing personalised lifestyle plans for each resident and initiate monthly rolling / individual programmes, encourage and support residents to To support community involvement for all residents. Provide comfort and company, on a one to one basis, for Residents who prefer individual support. Encourage good mental and physical health. Provide a yearly calendar of events, which will recognise significant events events such as, Easter, Burns Night, and Halloween etc.

- You will have a strong creative flare, a genuine passion for people and the desire to ensure that people can live their best lives by being dedicated, thoughtful, reliable and the ability to work well with a team.
- Be flexible in working hours to facilitate recreational arrangements that fall outside of usual working hours.

Sovereign Lodge, part of the Mariposa Care Group, is a 48 bed Residential and Dementia home situated in Newbiggin Lane in Westerhope, approximately 5 miles from Newcastle city centre.
