Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Program Development: Design and deliver fitness assessments and programs that cater to diverse client needs and goals.
  • Group Exercise Classes: Lead engaging and effective group exercise classes, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the gym is clean and well-maintained, with equipment in good working order.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Level 2 qualification in Fitness Instructing is essential.
  • Membership: CIMSPA membership is required within one month of employment.
