The role The transfers and Operations Manager plays a critical role in managing and executing client transfer requests, ensuring seamless operations within our investment platform.
You will be responsible for submitting transfer requests and applying transfer proceeds to all types of wrappers that Fundment offer, so a good understanding of the product types and regulatory details required to accept transfers would be required.
You will also be responsible for providing support to the Platform and Operations Managers when required, including taking telephone calls from Financial Advisers looking for guidance on the use of our platform and continually seeking to improve processes to make them more efficient.
Key responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing transfer requests, ensuring they are executed accurately and in a timely mannerPerform daily reconciliation, account checks and other compliance checks to ensure processing within agreed timeframesHandle volume telephone calls to resolve queries and provide client informationRespond to email queries in a timely mannerLiaise with other financial institutions and intermediaries to facilitate smooth transfersMaintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements related to transfer and operations within the financial services sector in the UKWork closely with other internal teams to address and resolve adviser queries and issues related to transfersCollaborate with the technical team to identify and implement improvements to the transfer process and associated administration, enhancing efficiency and adviser experienceIf you are passionate about making a difference in a small team and looking for a values driven company where you can share your ideas and thrive, please apply with your CV and a short summary of why you'd like to work at Fundment - we'd love to hear from you:
