Job Title: Transfers Executive

As a key member of The Travel Corporation's Uniworld Transfers team, you will be responsible for coordinating the seamless transfer of guests between destinations. This involves managing manifests, communicating with transport suppliers, and ensuring timely and efficient transfer services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all communication to the Transfer inbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to guest inquiries.
  • Pull passenger lists into a working manifest, taking into account embarkation and disembarkation components.
  • Process updated information from overseas reservation teams, ensuring manifests are scheduled efficiently.
  • Book transfer components with 3rd party suppliers, maintaining accurate records and communicating with the ship team.
  • Liaise with airport rep teams and local hosts to confirm transfer arrangements.
  • Manage transfer requests in line with expected overheads, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Daily/weekly closing of transfer/airport rep services within MXP, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Occasionally assist the European Guest Service team with handling call volume and guest queries.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of transfer operations.
  • Excellent computer skills, with sound knowledge of Excel required.
  • Travel industry background highly desirable, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic personality, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Multi-tasker, with the ability to balance operational and accounting queries.
  • Flexible team player, with confidence to work unsupervised and accuracy in attention to detail.

This is a shift-based role working 4 days on, 2 days off, with occasional flexibility required to meet business needs. The role is a seasonal position, running from March/April to October 31st.
