About The Travel Corporation

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transfers Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our Transfers team, you will be responsible for managing the transfer process for our guests, ensuring seamless and efficient execution of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all communication related to transfer services, ensuring timely and accurate responses to guest inquiries.
  • Coordinate with our overseas reservation teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date passenger lists.
  • Work closely with our ship team to ensure efficient disembarkation transfer requirements.
  • Process all transfer components with 3rd party suppliers, ensuring compliance with our company's standards.
  • Liaise with airport rep teams and local hosts to ensure smooth transfer arrangements.
  • Manage transfer requests in line with expected overheads, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Daily/weekly closing of transfer/airport rep services within our system.
  • Occasionally assist the European Guest Service team with handling call volume and guest queries.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent computer skills, with sound knowledge of Excel required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional at all times.
  • Multi-tasker, balancing between operational and accounting queries.
  • Flexible team player with confidence to work unsupervised.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

About the Role

This is a shift-based role, working 4 days on, 2 days off, including bank holidays and weekends through the operating period. The role is a seasonal position, running from March/April to October 31st.
