About the role

Location: Leeds

Salary: up to £29k + commission

Work Schedule: 8.30am-5.30pm, 3 days in the office, 2 WFH

This role requires a confident individual with a hunger for new business and expertise in recruitment within the public sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development and recruitment, ready to apply that knowledge in procurement for clients.

Excellent time management is key for this role, as it involves managing multiple roles during campaign wins. The right candidate should be proactive in making calls, connecting with clients, and showcasing our services.

The Team

This team consists of one consultant and a delivery consultant, offering a balanced workload and opportunities for growth within the company. Working under the leadership of Hannah Quinn-Hill provides a chance to expand your understanding of the Procurement market quickly.

What you'll be doing

You will specialize in Procurement Services, focusing on business acquisition and client success. Your responsibilities include:

  • Business Development
    • Building client relationships and demonstrating expertise
    • Following client strategies and networking effectively
    • Market mapping and identifying sales leads
  • Candidate Management
    • Building a talent pool through market mapping
    • Managing candidate sourcing and interviews
    • Maintaining candidate relationships
