Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and ensure a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved

Requirements:

  • 1 year's outbound sales experience
  • Degree educated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious nature and self-driven mindset
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Telephone based experience desirable
  • German speaking desirable
