Are you a recent graduate looking for a challenging and rewarding career?

My Recruitment Career is seeking a talented Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing exceptional candidates on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone/video call.
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates on behalf of our clients.
  • Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy our clients' requirements.
  • Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.
  • Negotiating terms of business and contracts on behalf of successful candidates.

  • Uncapped commission (£70,000 OTE).

About the Role:

This is a research-focused role with more considered phone calls. You will be speaking with senior decision-makers daily, 'selling' yourself, your candidate, and our company to ultimately make a placement.

Recruitment is hard work, and your days will be filled with rejection and difficult situations. However, if you can persist and show resilience, you will be successful.
