About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team, who will be responsible for sourcing and building a client and candidate database, selling face-to-face and over the phone to high-level decision makers, and working with and without direction to achieve success.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and candidates, and will be expected to be highly organised, accurate, and able to work under pressure.

We are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant who is ambitious, competitive, and driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and deal with high workloads.
