About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the Procurement and Supply Chain Management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing new candidates through advertising, networking, and research
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Assessing candidate experience and arranging interviews
- Managing the offer process and ensuring a smooth transition for candidates
- Working to daily, weekly, and monthly targets to drive business growth
Requirements
- Strong academics, with a 2:1 degree from a leading University
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with individuals
- Hardworking and professional, with a track record of achieving targets
- Previous commercial office-based experience and/or sales or client-facing experience is desirable, but not essential
