Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new candidates through advertising, networking, and research
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Assessing candidate experience and arranging interviews
  • Managing the offer process and ensuring a smooth transition for candidates
  • Working to daily, weekly, and monthly targets to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Strong academics, with a 2:1 degree from a leading University
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with individuals
  • Hardworking and professional, with a track record of achieving targets
  • Previous commercial office-based experience and/or sales or client-facing experience is desirable, but not essential
