About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Delivery team as a Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through headhunting and networking
  • Interviewing candidates for suitability and preparing them for interviews
  • Managing social media presence and posting job opportunities
  • Making job offers and handling rejections
  • Working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs
