Credit Administrator

Key accountabilities of the role:

Credit Administration
-
Banking: Accurately allocate bank statement entries to customer accounts
-
Annual Credit Reviews: Complete annual credit worthiness on commercial accounts

Invoicing: Print and send invoices on a daily basis
-
Direct Debits: Raise daily Direct Debit batches
-
Inbound communication: Manage the generic Team inbox to ensure appropriate actions and replies are administrated, or escalated, in a timely manner

Support

  • To assist the Credit Administration Team Leader with the management of the daytoday processes within the department in a timely manner
  • Assist in Credit Administration related projects

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience of working in a large transactional volume and fast paced environment
  • A good understanding of credit analysis
  • A strong communicator with great relationship building skills.
  • Ability to successfully prioritise your own workload
  • Credit Administration experience


IT skills
  • Strong Excel/ERP skills
