Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and promptly using designated software.
  • Review timesheets and attendance records for completeness and accuracy.

  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Uphold payroll operations following set policies and procedures; communicate any required adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar capacity.
  • Thorough grasp of payroll processes and relevant regulations.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with honesty and discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
