An exciting opportunity to work in our first of its kind Bath & Body Works standalone store.

To be a successful Sales Coordinator you will work alongside and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets, whilst showing a passion for all things fragrance and skincare.

About the Role:

To be a successful Bath & Body Works Sales Coordinator you will:

  • Support the Store Management team across the fragrance and skincare product areas, back of house and running the store and managing teams when needed, with store key holder responsibilities
Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities, supporting the sales floor team and store management team when needed and have a flexible approach to your working hours and adapting to change
Keep the sales floor well stocked with beautifully presented fragrance and skincare products, in an environment which is commercial, operationally efficient and safe
Create an atmosphere where supporting and motivating a successful Bath & Body Works team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do
Lead by example and demonstrate Company values all of the time
