Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise the warehouse management system to track inventory and orders
  • Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
  • Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely and efficiently
  • Manage shipping and receiving processes accurately
  • Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse
  • Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
  • Perform heavy lifting tasks as required
  • Confirm Work orders
  • Booking in work orders on system
  • Bar Code Labels
  • Looking for Logo room works
  • Stock adjustments / conversion on system
  • FedEx order Dispatching works
  • Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment

Skills:

  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
  • Experience in loading, unloading, and handling goods in a warehouse setting
  • Competence in operating forklifts and other mechanical equipment
  • Knowledge of basic mechanical principles for equipment maintenance
  • Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures
  • Ability to handle materials with attention to detail and care
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards within a warehouse environment
  • Capability to lift heavy objects safely and effectively
  • Skill in picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

Pay:
£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
