Tasks

Research:Ability to research potential clients Identify key board leveldecision makers find telephonenumbers.

ClientEngagement: Initiate and nurture businessrelationships with major potential clients over thetelephone.

Collaboration:Work closely with the project director to represent our globalevents.

MarketDevelopment: Contribute to the growth and expansionof our presence in the DACHregion.

CRM: Usecompany CRM to update leads and prospectsdaily.

Training:Receive comprehensive training and guidance to excel in yourrole.

Requirements
  • Fluentin German and English.
  • Interestin events advertising sales andmarketing.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and drivento achieve goals.

BasicResponsibilities

  • Minimum100 calls per day.
  • Minimum 2 Hrs per day ontelephone.
  • Minimum 58 Pitches perday.
  • Working hrs vary by project. Minimum 8hrsper day.
  • Research and maintain at least 100active leads in company CRM.
  • Report to andprovide Project Director a minimum of 23 Qualified call backs perday.

Thisposition begins as a short trial with the possibility oftransitioning to a flexible fulltime role after a successfulonemonth review.

We pay an excellent commissionand bonus structure commensurate with experience andperformance.
