As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Online Order Packer to join our team and ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition.


Key Responsibilities:

nQuality Control and Packaging:nConduct thorough quality checks on all jars of sea moss.nAccurately label each jar according to product specifications.nPackage online orders securely and efficiently, ensuring all items are well-protected for shipping.


Order Management:

nManage the flow of incoming orders using an Excel spreadsheet.nPrint postage labels and prepare packages for shipping.nTrack and record outgoing orders, ensuring all shipments are documented.

nCustomer service queries - Will sometimes need to back track orders for customers who have not received their product

Coordination with Production Staff:

nCommunicate daily product requirements to the production team to meet shipping deadlines.nEnsure timely production of raw sea moss products needed for daily orders.


Health and Safety Compliance:

nMonitor use-by dates on all products to ensure freshness and compliance with health regulations.nAdhere to all health and safety measures in the packaging and handling of products.


Qualifications:

nPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred.nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.nProficiency in using Excel for order management.nExcellent communication skills to coordinate with the production team.nAbility to handle a high volume of orders efficiently and accurately.nUnderstanding of health and safety standards in a food production environment.


Work Schedule:
nPart-time position, 3 days a week.nLocated in our production office in Hanger Lane, West London.
