Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their dynamic team on a part time, temporary basis. You will be providing both administrative and secretarial support to the department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous admin experience, looking to further their skills and knowledge.
The role will include:
- General administration duties
- Organising travel arrangements when required
- Monitor departments accounts and spending against the allocated budget
- Liaise with external third parties to arrange work needed within the site
- Responsible for employee expenses, holiday records, payroll
We are looking for:
