About Our Client:

My Client is an international entertainment company

The successful Business Administrator will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing assistance to Senior Executives including; diary management, travel, and expenses
  • Working with Internal Control / Audit to coordinate submission of control
  • Coordination of monthly Senior Management Meetings and Quarterly Company Updates (includes minutes and follow up tasks)
  • Submission of Corporate Management Division GAR, checking invoices and budget control
  • Parking invoices in SAP
  • Checking company expenses
  • General Administration support to business
  • Reception cover as needed
  • Recruitment and on boarding support for HR, along with other ad hoc HR related tasks
  • Assisting with all staff events
  • Any other ad hoc administration related

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Business Administrator will have the following skills/qualities

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Diary management experience (preferable)
  • Basic SAP knowledge (preferable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Strong problem solver
  • Determination to achieve objectives and goals
