What you will do as a Rooms Division Manager:

  • Supervise the Rooms experience, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Concierge, collaborating with each Department Head to ensure a seamless guest journey
  • Ensure the implementation of brand standards and the consistent delivery of exceptional service by colleagues to uphold the brand promise
  • Enhance the skills of managers and supervisors through tailored training, coaching, and mentoring sessions
  • Optimize revenue generation for each division while effectively managing costs in partnership with the Department Heads
  • Analyze business performance strategically to support precise and meaningful forecasting
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating new technologies and methodologies to elevate guest experience and operational efficiency
