Trainee Estate Agent

We are looking for a trainee negotiator to join our award winning Sales team. Experience in estate agency is not essential as full training will be provided.

You must be able to demonstrate an ability to love talking with people and want to build a successful career in a sales driven environment.

The role will have you talking to new and existing customers both over the phone and face to face; showing prospective purchasers around potential houses to buy and following these leads up ultimately leading to negotiating a sale.

Every day is different and you must be well organised and familiar with IT systems.

In return we will supply you with all the training resources you need to be successful, and a fun place to work and grow a career.

We also have an apprenticeship scheme available working towards a level 3 diploma in estate agency.
