Experience/Knowledge:
- Prior experience in a managerial role related to applications or application support
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and nurturing a team of application support professionals
- Proven involvement in projects aimed at enhancing application services
- A successful track record in elevating application support standards and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
- Capability in upholding application security, compliance, and maintaining necessary documentation
- Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder communication abilities
This position offers the following benefits:
