Job Description

The successful Field Applications Specialist will work on the delivery of application projects on time, taking into account all internal and external stakeholders required to drive projects through to completion with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Installation and Script Development: Perform installations and develop scripts to meet customer specifications.
  2. Customer Training and Support: Conduct customer training courses, compile statistics, and create presentations as required.
  3. Troubleshooting and Escalation: Troubleshoot issues and escalate problems when they impact project delivery timelines.
  4. Customer Complaint Resolution: Escalate and/or resolve issues in connection with customer complaints.
  5. Quality Assurance and Support: Support and perform quality assurance-related activities.
  6. Software Upgrades and Helpdesk Support: Perform software upgrades and provide helpdesk support as required.
Requirements
  1. Complex Installation Experience: Successful track record of complex installations.
  2. Project Management Expertise: Project management expertise.
  3. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel.
  4. Automation Experience: Automation experience (ideally script writing).
