Application Specialist

ACS Business Performance Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Field Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of application projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation and Script Development: Perform installations and develop scripts to meet customer specifications, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Customer Training and Support: Conduct customer training courses, compile statistics, and create presentations as required, providing exceptional customer support.
- Troubleshooting and Escalation: Troubleshoot any issues and escalate problems when they impact project delivery timelines, ensuring timely resolution.
- Quality Assurance and Support: Support and perform quality assurance-related activities, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Software Upgrades and Helpdesk Support: Perform software upgrades and provide helpdesk support as required, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Complex Installation Experience: A successful track record of complex installations is essential for this role.
- Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills are required to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Travel and Automation Experience: A willingness to travel and experience with automation, ideally script writing, is highly desirable.
