Door Sales We are in search of highly motivated and target-driven individuals who are eager to succeed.

This role involves fieldwork in the Coventry region where you will collaborate with a door-to-door sales team and a Sales Manager.


Job Purpose:

  • As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility is to sell a complimentary service product door to door on behalf of the utility company.
  • Based in Coventry.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly activity and opportunity targets consistently.
  • Explore additional opportunities in the area to maximize service adoption.
Duties:

  • Primarily engage in door-to-door sales to introduce the scheme to customers.
  • Upon acceptance of the scheme by the customer, gather property details and input them into client software (training provided).
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed following company procedures.
  • Schedule appointments via appointment app and Cold Calls.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through face-to-face interactions.
  • Generate leads and collect contact details.
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, strong interpersonal skills, and persuasive abilities.
  • Update customer records on the database and manage the Sales Pipeline.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service.
  • Utilize objection handling techniques effectively.
  • Keep the team informed with feedback and area-specific information.
  • Possess excellent communication skills across all levels.

Key requirements:

  • Candidates with door-to-door experience or the ability to show confidence in this area are preferred.
  • Good knowledge of the geographical area is essential.
  • Enthusiasm, drive, positive attitude, and strong work ethic are crucial.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strive for excellence, attention to detail, eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Must have a valid driving licence.
