Are you a 5* hotel or Private members club department manager looking for better work life balance but wanting to continue working in a luxury setting?
A prestigious new development is looking for an Assistant Manager to hep deliver 5 star service and standards.

They will be responsible for assisting in overseeing the staffing, operations and estate management of a newly opening luxury residential developmentthat comprises of 400+ luxury apartments; managing the facilities, concierge team, door and housekeeping teams whilst providing a high level contact for all residents.

The Assistant General Manager will support the mobilisation and opening of the residences and estate and you will be part of the team creating the necessary services standards and creating a distinguished brand

Some of the duties to include:

  • To ensure consistent knowledge of the service vision and all other service standards or operating procedures and assist the Residential General Manager in their implementation ensuring the residential & guest experience
  • With overall responsibility for of the housekeeping & concierge teams you will ensure that all operational and department targets are consistently met and that the cleanliness and checking of public areas is carried out efficiently and in line with companybrand standard and procedures.
  • Reactively handling all estate requests from residents to provide creative options in a timely manner through Quick and Efficient Service
  • Assisting the General Manager in the monthly reporting of SLA's & KPI's against each service contract across the development
  • Manage all audit processes to a high standard, ensuring 100% Health and Safety compliance throughout the development
  • Encourage and motivate colleagues to perform their best, take responsibility for tasks and assignments, make decisions and provide input on possible improvements
  • To train and develop team members ensuring that standards are upheld and team are all fully aware of their responsibilities
  • To conduct probation meetings and regular performances assessments and mystery audits with all team members
