Do you have experience in flight planning/ground handling or aviation operations?


We are working with a well-established business who are looking for an Operations Planner to their team at their office in Crawley.


As an Operations Planner, you will be responsible for the on-boarding and training of new employees and running recurrent training.


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Updating the training manual and training website with any changes to procedures, regulations, and additions
  • Maintaining and administering ongoing, scheduled training
  • Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive training manual
  • Performing 121 training with new staff
  • Distributing all new procedure information
Strong attention to detail, communication and mathematical skills are essential for this role. You will be comfortable in handling an ever changing workload with changing priorities.
