We are seeking a skilled Category Demand Planner to join our talented Supply Chain team at Nestlé SA. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, and we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements to suit individual needs.
The successful candidate will have experience in a dynamic fast-paced Supply Chain environment, with the ability to analyze and interpret data. They will be responsible for planning, developing, and owning the rolling 18-month demand plan, aligned with category and brand plans, validated using history and insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the rolling 18-month demand plan, ensuring alignment with category and brand plans.
- Validate short-term demand plans using history, category insight, and current trends.
- Manage category/business unit portfolio inventory.
- Provide directional information to short-range Demand Planners on permanent and event SKU changeovers.
- Collaborate with Category, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to support forecasting processes.
- Support the Monthly Business Planning process.
- Develop relationships and collaborative planning processes with Sales and Customers Facing Supply Chain teams.
The ideal candidate will have significant operational experience within Supply Chain, preferably in the FMCG sector, and come from a background end-to-end Supply Chain, ideally with experience in Demand & Supply Planning. They will be able to demonstrate an ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships at different levels in the organization.
