This role sits within our People and Culture Directorate, you'll be directly supporting one of our directorates. Your networking and engagement skills will stand you in good stead as work closely with the service understand and shift the needle on how they recruit.

This is a full-time role with flexibility over hours and location.

Main duties of the job To develop and deliver innovative and inclusive resourcing strategies aligned to workforce demands and safe staffing requirements.

To drive a proactive approach to recruitment, enable the Trust to respond to changing workforce demands.

To support the Head of Recruitment and Resourcing in increasing the number of applicants, reduce vacancy rates, time and cost to hire through the development of innovative and inclusive resourcing strategies

Work collaboratively with Trust colleagues to plan Trust representation at any recruitment events.

Work collaboratively as part of the HR team, supporting the recruitment team, working alongside them when required.

To ensure adherence to all statutory and legislative requirements and promote best practice in all aspects of recruitment and selection.

Develop up to date, expert knowledge on inclusive and innovative resourcing strategies.
